Leviticus 13:22-24
New English Translation

22 If[a] it is spreading farther[b] on the skin, then the priest is to pronounce him unclean.[c] It is an infection. 23 But if the bright spot stays in its place and has not spread,[d] it is the scar of the boil, so the priest is to pronounce him clean.[e]
